I just may die.

You heard it here first people.
I may not survive the next FOUR days.
Why you ask?
Because my baby, THIS FACE...

is leaving me for FOUR whole days.
It's the longest I've ever been away from him.
He's off to have some grandparent time.
I wonder if he'll even miss me?
How will I ever survive without my little mister you ask?
A whole lot of my drug of choice...
and some working, some trash TV and a whole lot of junk food.
Wish me luck...

Our Father's Day Weekend.

Because I'm a brat & Tyler wasn't home for Mother's Day, I decided not to do a whole lot for him this year.
Instead of a doting wife and the whole "it's father's day!" we escaped to the mountains for a hike & picnic.
It's about a 40 min drive to the Uintah mountains, which isn't bad.
But it's kinda weird having to drive to mountains rather than having them right out your back door.

 {oh yea, we're hardcore}

 {picnic!}

I was tossing my crusts from my sandwich behind me & Tyler made the comment about attracting bears.
It freaked me out and I forced to tell me what he'd do in the event of a bear walking through the tree's toward us.
Something about fighting him with a tree branch.... Yea.

Dreydan's new pet.

Now that we live in the desert in the middle of freakin' nowhere, these are everywhere!
Not to mention snakes & other random creepy reptiles.
Tyler sends me Snapchat videos of him killing rattlesnakes with shovel.... I know. We move away and suddenly he's a hillbilly.

So the other day our friend, Cody, brought this back for Dreydan.

 Look at his mean mug when I told him it was gross...
Unfortunately, his little homemade home was blown over during the night and he escaped. Damn.
I told Drey he went home to see his family. He sorta believed me.

Throwback: Maternity pics

I would've never gotten these on my own.
But one of my bestest girlfriends gifted me with a session & so obviously, I had to do it.
I'm so happy she made me do it!
  I look back and just loveeee them. Thanks muffy!

These were chosen at random because they are seriously ALL my fave.
Oh and don't judge my pudgy face, okay?!
Focus on my belly....

When a pile of rocks is cooler than you.

 I babysat my nephew {who is 1 month younger than Drey} the other day & behind my brother's house in a large field is a giant pile of rocks.
Can you guess who became non-existent? Yup, me.

Up & down, up & down, up & down...
I could've went inside, taken a nap & they wouldn't of moved from this rock pile.

Finally the rocks got too hot & they had to move on to AC.
So as punishment for ignoring me for a pile of rocks, I made them stand still & take pictures with me.

{okay so those little jerks liked it...}

{and then i was ditched. again.}

Karen... Kase stripped off his pants somewhere around lunchtime & never wanted them back on. I rolled with it.
I'm the cool aunt, okay? Baby boy gets to do what he wants.
